Do you carry your items anywhere? 

Currently, we only carry our products online; however, you are welcome to visit our studio to see samples. For appointments, please email me. 

Will the RAW denim shrink? 

Our BBM Kiyama 12oz Denim will shrink vertically about 10% and about horizontally 4% if washed and dried in a machine. Through extended wear, and the repetition of washing, shrinking, wearing, and stretching you will find that the denim will begin to fit specifically to your body. A W32/L34 will shrink 3.2' vertically and 1.4' horizontally, and the denim will go from a 12oz feel to the 13.5oz. 

How do I choose waist size? 

Depending on the brand and style, the denim selection for waist size varies. You can reference our fit page, please make not of your WAIST/FRONT RISE/ AND BACK RISE. 

How long does it take to deliver?

It will take about three weeks from point of order, however, if we estimate a longer delivery time, we will be sure to contact you. 

What is your policy about international purchases, considering import fees and customs duties? 

Unfortunately, we are a small operation, and if applicable, all responsibilities of fees will lay with the customer. BBM cannot is not responsible for any delays due to customs and import of your country.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every pair of denim jeans is custom made to order by hand, we cannot accept returns. We will exchange or accept returns only if there is a defect in the product, or if we have sent you the wrong sizing of product.
